From North (SR 1):

Take SR 1 south to first exit for Milford/US 113. Go south on 113 to light at Milford Bowling Lanes. Turn right onto Airport Road. Travel west on Airport Road 7/10 mile to Greater Milford Industrial Park on the left (Hickman Overhead Door Company will be on the corner) . Turn left onto Hickman Door Way. At the stop sign turn right onto Mullet Run. Travel west on Mullet Run which will become Vickers Drive after it curves around to the left. Turn right into the parking lot.

From South (SR 1):

North on SR 1 to turn for Milford High School (NE 10th Street). Go 7/10 mile to second light at intersection with US 113. Cross over 113 (the road becomes Airport Road). Follow the directions above.

From North (Rt. 13):

South on US 13 to Route 15 at Canterbury. Turn left onto 15 (also known as Canterbury Road) and travel south on 15, crossing over Midstate Road (4-way stop with blinking light, also known as Route 12) and go 2.4 miles to intersection with Carpenter Bridge Road. Cross over Carpenter Bridge Road; travel 4 miles and make a left onto Airport Road. Go 3/10 mile and turn right onto Brent-Jordan Way. Go to stop sign and turn right onto Mullet Run which will become Vickers Drive after it curves around to the left. Turn right into parking lot.

From South (Rt. 13):

North on Rt. 13 to light at Harrington (intersection with Route 14; Hardees on your left). Turn right onto Route 14 (Milford-Harrington Highway). Make a left onto Route 15 (Canterbury Road) then a right onto Airport Road. Follow directions above.

Directions to Odessa M.O.T.

From South: Take Rt. 13 north to Odessa. At the light by Delaware State Police Troop 9, turn right onto Rt. 299 east. Travel 7/10 of a mile to Old Corbit Road. Turn left. Travel half a mile. Odessa M.O.T. will be on the right.

From North: Take Rt. 13 south to Odessa. Turn left at light onto Rt. 299 East, cross over northbound Rt. 13 and go 7/10 of a mile to Old Corbit Road. Turn left. Travel half a mile. Odessa M.O.T. will be on the right.

DelTech Stanton Campus

From Wilmington to Stanton: Take Second Street to interstate 95 South. Take Exit 4 North toward Christiana hospital. Stay to the right and yield onto Churchmans road. The next right takes you onto the campus.

From Dover to Stanton: Go north on US-13 to Delaware 1. Take Delaware 1, past Christiana mall, over the bridge, to the churchmans road exit (Exit 166). Ramp will divide-stay in left lane; turn left at traffic light (Churchmans road). Turn left at next light onto entrance road to college. Almost immediately, turn right on a short, curvy road to stop sign; then turn left. Parking: go past faculty/staff parking to next parking area. Enter through main entrance doors.

Directions to Modern Maturity Center

From South:

Travel north on US 13 (or US 113) to Dover. At the intersection of US 13 and Rt. 8

(Division Street), turn left. Take Rt. 8/Division Street across the railroad tracks. The

street name changes to Forest Avenue/Rt. 8 shortly after crossing the tracks. Go straight

through the light at the intersection of Rt. 15/Salisbury Road. Turn right into the Modern

Maturity Center at the next light.

From North:

From SR 1, take exit 104 for North Dover. Cross over US 13 to Scarborough Road.

When the road curves to the left, the name changes to McKee Road. Go straight through

the lights at College Road and Walker Road to the light at the intersection with Rt.

8/Forest Avenue. Turn right onto Rt. 8/Forest Avenue. Turn right into the Modern

Maturity Center at the next light.

Directions to Artesian Water Company, Newark

From South:

From Dover:  Take Route 1 North.  It will run into Route 7 near the Christiana Mall.  Take Route 7 to the Route 58, Churchmans Road East exit (The exit will be on the right-hand side of the road.)  There will be a traffic light at the end of the exit ramp and you will be facing Kids’R Us.  Turn left; pass Borders and Office Max.  Go across the bridge over I-95 and through the traffic light at Cavalier Country Club Apartments.  Artesian Water Company is less than a mile down the road on the left-hand side.  If you come to a second traffic light, you have gone too far.

From Newark:  Take I-95 North. Exit 4-B, Churchmans Cr / Hospital / Delaware

Park. Exit on right - Churchmans Road. You will loop around to a light. Turn left at the light onto Churchmans Road. (Borders, Toys R Us will be in front of you). Go through light at Cavaliers Country Club Apts. Artesian is on left about a few hundred feet from light at Cavaliers.

From North:

Take I-95 South. Exit 4-B, Stanton / Churchmans Cr (Hospital).

Bear immediately left to light.  Turn left at light onto Churchmans Road. Go through light at Cavaliers Country Club Apts. Artesian is on left a few hundred feet from light at Cavaliers.

Direction to 500 Wilmington Avenue,, Wilmington, DE 19805

Take SR1 North; SR1-N becomes DE 7-North (aka Stanton Christiana Road then Mitch Road).  From DE7-N, turn left onto Limestone Road. Go approximately 1 mile and turn right at Robert W. Kirkwood Highway (aka Kirkwood Highway).  Continue on Kirkwood Highway approximately 3.4 miles and take slight right onto Wilmington Avenue for .4 miles to the Wilmington Maintenance Yard. 

Direction to Berlin Town Hall, 10 William Street, Berlin, MD

Take US RT 113 south. Turn west on MD Rt 346. Take a left at the fork onto William Street and follow to #10 on the left just before the Main Street intersection.

Direction to City of Newark Maintenance Yard, 406 Phillips Avenue, Newark, DE 19711

Take SR1 North. Merge onto I-95 S via Exit 165A toward Newark/Baltimore. South on I-95 approximately 5.7 miles to Exit 1B and merge onto S. College Avenue/DE896 toward Newark. Go about 2.1 miles to intersection of South College Avenue and West Park Place. Turn left onto West Park Place. Go .2 miles and turn left onto Orchard Road. Go .2 miles and turn left onto Ritter Lane, then right onto Phillips Avenue.
