Exhibitor Registration Information

Our 2026 Expo is just two short months away and we’re working hard to make it a great event! 

A few notes:

• Menu will be breakfast sandwiches starting at 7:30 am with crabs, shrimp, and more           starting at noon
  • No to go crabs
• Concurrent water and wastewater sessions will be held throughout the morning with plenty      of visit time between sessions.
• Afternoon activities include:  corn hole, backhoe challenge, and Water Tasting Throwdown              

 Booth and Sponsorship Info:

• $100 to sponsor afternoon activity(ies)
• Inside booth spaces are 1^st paid, 1^st served
• Outside booths for larger display areas and/or equipment are available
• Booth set up is from 7:00 to 8:00 am on October 2nd
• Booth prices are $400 for current members and $500 for non-members, which includes two representatives
