DWRA Team of the Year Nomination Form

Each year, each week, and each day, our industry relies on groups of hard-working and under recognized folks to keep the toilets flushing and faucets running. To honor those working in various weather conditions on main breaks, resolving FOG problems, and ensuring our industrial waste is properly treated, we’re opening nominations for Team of the Year.  Winners will be announced at our Awards Dinner on Tuesday, February 23, 2027.

Please return completed nomination forms to Heatherw@drwa.org by November 30, 2026, so our committee has ample time to review before the Conference.

DRWA Operator of the Year Nomination Form

A long-standing tradition in the Wastewater and Water Industries has been the Operator of the Year Awards Ceremony. Over the years, the ceremony has been held to honor those who have overcome, persevered, and upheld a commitment to excellence. Each year, individuals proudly receive their awards and applaud fellow awardees. The ceremony encourages fellowship, community, and pride in the work that operators perform each day. The Delaware Rural Water Association is pleased to continue the Operator of the Year Awards. Winners will be announced at our annual Conference during the Awards Dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2027.

Please return completed nomination forms to Heatherw@drwa.org by November 30, 2026, so our committee has ample time to review before the Conference. Multiple nominations can be submitted per Wastewater or Water System.
