James Kersey is an accomplished water management professional currently serving as the Superintendent of the Water Department for the Town of Milton. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the town's water services, ensuring reliable and high-quality water delivery to the community.

Prior to his tenure in Milton, James contributed to the Delaware Rural Water Association as a Water Circuit Rider, where he played a crucial role in supporting rural water systems across the state for one year. His expertise and dedication to improving water services in underserved areas were instrumental in enhancing the quality and efficiency of water management practices.

James began his career at the Rehoboth Beach Water Department, renowned as the "Nation's Summer Capital." This early experience provided him with a strong foundation in water utility operations and customer service, setting the stage for his future successes in the field.

James attributes much of his success to the guidance and support of his mentor, Rocky Esposito. This mentorship not only shaped his professional journey but also instilled in him the values of hard work and commitment to service.
