Instructors: Chad Reichhold & Jake Piccioni

Jake Piccioni is the Northeast Solution Manager for Kamstrup Water Metering, a global leader in smart metering solutions. He supports utilities across the Northeastern United States in the implementation and optimization of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and automated meter reading (AMR) technologies.
Jake began his career in the water industry in 2022 with Core & Main, where he served as a Meter Specialist supporting Kamstrup's municipal customers in Pennsylvania and Delaware. In this role, he helped utilities successfully deploy, operate, and maintain Kamstrup metering systems. Following his successful stint as a Meter Specialist with Core & Main, Jake joined the Kamstrup team in 2024.
Recognized as a subject matter expert in metering quality, Jake authored Kamstrup’s whitepaper “The Cost of Quality,” which explores the operational and financial impacts of metering accuracy and performance. He is an active industry contributor who frequently presents at conferences and industry events and has been featured on Water World’s Talking Under Water podcast and in live webinars with Water Online. Jake was the recipient of Kamstrup's 2025 Andrew Dudley Technical Sales Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions.
Chad Reichhold is a Water Meter Product Specialist at Core & Main, focusing on Kamstrup meters in Delaware. He provides both on-site and remote support, assisting software users and utility operators with maintenance and account management.
Since joining Core & Main in 2023, Chad has developed his expertise from the ground up. He began in the warehouse handling materials before transitioning into the sales department shortly thereafter. In 2025, he advanced into his current role as a Meter Specialist, where he now concentrates exclusively on Kamstrup water meters throughout Delaware.
