This presentation will review current Infrastructure Issues and problems In both water and wastewater systems. The presentation to focus on the decision or either repair through
methods such as linings or coatings or totally replace.

If replacement will be made, can they be made by the municipal staff? Also, what are they key issues to
be aware of?

Dave Rockacy is a Sales Manager for Rockacy and Associates, Inc. with over 18 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. He has received the 2014 "Trainer of the Year" Award from Maryland Rural Water Association. He is actively involved in the regional Rural Water Associations in Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. He chaired the Chesapeake AWWA Distribution Committee. His experience also includes knowledge in the air valve industry, large diameter water and sewer pipe, horizontal directional drilling, pipe bursting, pipeline rehabilitation, trench safety, asset management and many other related products and installation procedures
