Exhibitor Registration Information

Our 2025 Expo is just two short months away and we’re already working hard to make it a great event! 

A few notes:

• Menu will be breakfast sandwiches starting at 7:30 am with crabs, shrimp, and more starting at noon
• Concurrent water and wastewater sessions will be held throughout the morning with plenty of visit time between sessions.
• Afternoon activities include best tasting water, corn hole, backhoe competition, jenga, etc 

Booth and Sponsorship Info:

• $100 to sponsor afternoon activity(ies)               

• Inside booth spaces are 1^st paid, 1^st served
• Outside booths for larger display areas and/or equipment is available
• Booth set up is from 7:00 to 8:00 am on October 3rd
• Booth prices are $350 for current members and $450 for non-members, which includes two representatives
