FREE CLASS
Effective communication with your consumer base & community can be difficult, often not knowing the first step to take. The world of drinking water is full of regulations, acronyms, and technical jargon. Often we only read or see drinking water stories in the news when something negative occurred, such as a violation, boil water notice, or contamination event. This class will focus on effective communication strategies, tool kits, and resources available to utilities to enable them to be able to tell their story, engage their communities, and build trust.
