DOE’s Updated and Revised Construction Plans and Specifications and Review Guidelines Now Available

Introduction
The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to water system owners, consultants, engineers, and contractors on the construction practices that the Delaware Office of Drinking Water (ODW) expects when submitting plans. The Office of Engineering (OE) will conduct plan reviews on behalf of ODW. Drinking water regulations supersede these guidelines and the right to final interpretation is reserved by ODW and OE.
