Construction Plans and Specifications Submission and Review Guidelines
OE and ODW will accept public review/comment on the guidelines for 30 days beginning November 1 through December 1, 2025.
Responses to individual questions and comments will not be provided; however, the OE/ODW staff will review and consider all comments and make any modifications to the guidelines document that are deemed necessary. OE/ODW must receive your comments no later than 4:30 PM on Monday, December 1, 2025.
