Conference Layout

We’re excited to host the 2026 Delaware Rural Water Association Conference! Let’s make 2026 one for the history books!

Exhibitor registration includes 2 badges, additional staff can be purchased for $150 each.

Booth areas are 10x6. Bring your extension cord,  Electricity is provided.

Location Change

The entire Conference, except lunch on Wednesday, will be held in Memorial Hall (formerly the Skating Rink). Lunch will be held in the building across the street.

Awards Dinner 

Our inaugural Awards Dinner will be held on Tuesday evening, February 24. We will celebrate our Apprentices and Operators and Team of the Year, and present our Lifetime Achievement Award.

Take Down

 The Conference will end at noon on Thursday. Do not begin dismantling vendor spaces before that time.

Fun Stuff

T-Shirts, Raffle, and the 50/50 will be available in the Exhibit Hall as well as demos, lunch, Happy Hour, and the Zenner Meter Challenge finals.

Class Locations

 All classes will take place in Memorial Hall.  Signage will provide details

Hotel Info

Blocked Rooms are reserved at Holiday Inn Express. You can click the link to reserve your room: DelawareRuralWaterAssociation or call the Hotel at (302) 398-8800 and ask to reserve a room from the Delaware Rural Water Association Block. Please make your reservation before January 15, 2026.
